Fruit Basket

This Fruits Basket is made out of Rattan and also called as cane. These baskets were made by highly skilled Sri Lankan craftsmen. This is great design to keep your fruits on the table , where every one can have bite now and then. Best motivation to eat fruits is to have on basket of them on the table.
The fruit basket can hold around 2-3 kg of weight in it.

Caring for rattan
its important to have some level of care for long lasting usage of rattan products. Keeping in areas with less moisture will help in reducing fungus growth. Also rattan in mote likely to be infected with some insects which would , slowly decay them. if it happens you can identify it, if you see small powder like stuff oozing out of the rattan. you can heat that particular area , to stop this happening.
