How long does it take to receive an order?
It usually takes 2 to 3 working days. The delivery person will call you to check you are available before delivering the package.
Do you deliver island wide?
Yes, we deliver all over Sri Lanka.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, a flat rate of Rs. 550 per order, anywhere in Sri Lanka. See our Shipping Details.
How do I place an order?
Choose your products, add them to the cart and go to checkout. Enter your delivery details and place the order. You can pay cash on delivery, or by bank payment (see "How can I pay?" below).
How can I pay?
You can pay cash on delivery, paying the delivery person when you receive your order. You can also pay by bank payment. Bank payments must be completed before we hand the product to the courier. Please WhatsApp or call us on +94 71 238 6047 to get our bank details.
Do you have a store where I can collect products?
No, we do not have a physical store. We are an online business.
Are your products safe to use?
Yes. Our products are eco friendly and non-toxic, and they are made from natural materials such as coconut shell, reed, cane, areca leaf, palmyra leaf and wood.
Can I return or exchange a product?
