By ordering from Eco Ceylon you agree to these terms.
- About us: Eco Ceylon is an online store. We do not have a shop for walk-in purchases.
- Orders: When you place an order, you confirm that your name, address and phone number are correct, so our delivery person can reach you. We may contact you to confirm an order.
- Prices and stock: Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees. A flat delivery charge of Rs. 550 is added to each order. We may change prices or products at any time, and an order is accepted only when the product is in stock.
- Natural products: Our products are handmade from natural materials, so size, colour and pattern can differ slightly from the photos.
- Payment: You can pay cash on delivery, or by bank payment before the product is handed to the courier.
- Delivery: Delivery is as described on our Shipping Details page.
- Replacements and refunds: These are only for items damaged in transit, as described in our Return and Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Privacy: We use your details only to process your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes: We may update these terms from time to time.
