Puja Watti in Sri Lanka is used for various purposes. When used to carry flowers its called mal watti, and when it’s used to carry fruits its called palathuru watti. The name Puja watti can be pronounced as pooja watti. This term has been coined because this kind of watti was traditionally used to offer poojas or offerings to the god. Our pooja watti is made by highly skilled Sri Lankan craftsmen using a variety of techniques. Dried cane vine used to make these watti is known to be Eco friendly, safe, and non-toxic.
